I have been called by Day Cooper Adams Limited and although it says it is based in Hanover Square, central London, its phone number is 0161 350 0090, which is the Manchester area number for European Mediation. I have paid £580 for help in recovering premiums I paid for payment protection insurance that was mis-sold to me. I have in writing that I am due a refund, but despite promises, nothing arrives.
